From Force to Resonance is my response to what I see women moving through right now...

Women who built something and then realized it was slowly suffocating them, running on patterns they were never meant to keep and growing a business that doesn't match who they actually are.

This container exists to help you rebuild from the inside out, clearing the limiting patterns and protective mechanisms you've been running on, understanding how you're actually designed to work and lead, and rebuilding a business structure that finally matches who you are.

Not just strategy or mindset, the whole thing.

Month 1: See the Pattern. Before you can change what's holding you back, you have to see it. We go beneath the surface — mapping the limiting patterns, protective mechanisms, and survival programming that have been running your decisions, your leadership, and your business without you fully realizing it.

Month 2: Reconfigure Identity. This is where the real shift begins. Who have you been building as and who are you actually? We work through the identity layers keeping you in the same loops and begin the process of stepping into the woman you're meant to lead from.

Month 3: Discover Your Zone of Genius. You stop guessing and start knowing. We do the deep work of uncovering your actual zone of genius not what you're good at, but what you're built for. This becomes your new foundation.

Month 4: Rebuild the Structure. With clarity on who you are and how you're designed to work, we look at the structure of your business. What stays, what changes, what gets rebuilt — this time aligned to your actual design, not someone else's model.

Month 5: Integration & Expansion. You've done the work. Now we make it stick. This month is about integrating everything, building the capacity to hold your expansion, and learning to move through future growth without abandoning yourself in the process.

I spent years hitting milestones I'd worked hard for while making decisions from anxiety, leading from pressure, and collapsing every time real growth started to happen.

The shift happened when I stopped trying to fix what I was doing and started looking at who I was being while I did it.

What I moved through... the unraveling, the pattern work, the full reconfiguration, became the foundation of everything I teach now.

What if I can't attend the live calls?
All live calls are recorded and available to watch afterward. You won't miss anything. That said, the live experience is where the depth happens so I encourage you to attend when you can.
How much time do I need each week?
The bi-weekly calls are 90 minutes each. Outside of that, the community, practices, and resources are there when you need them, not as another obligation. Most women find that what they put in reflects directly in what they get out, but there's no rigid homework or pressure to perform.
How many women will be in the group?
This is a small, curated group. 8 spots are available for the Core Journey and 4 for VIP. Once those are filled, enrollment closes.
What's the difference between Core and VIP?
Both receive the full journey experience — calls, community, activations, and the resource library. VIP includes two private 90-minute sessions with me to use at any point across the five months. These are for women who want a dedicated space for their own specific situation alongside the group container.
I'm already working with a therapist or another coach, is this still a good fit?
Yes, and many of the women inside this journey are. This work is not therapy, and it's designed to complement — not replace — other support you may have. If anything, women often find it deepens the work they're already doing.
I'm not sure I'm ready. How do I know if this is for me?
